KLR Hotels & Resorts is a division of Kouroushis Lion Resorts (trading as KLR Resort Developers).  KLR Resort Developers was formed through a joint venture between Kouroushi Bros Ltd and Lion Resorts Ltd in 2005, specialising in the development and management of hotels and resorts, real estate and vacation membership primarily in the Eastern Mediterranean.

KLR Hotels & Resorts prides itself by offering its guests the opportunity to experience high quality accommodation in popular holiday destinations.  KLR Hotels & Resorts own and manage two four star hotels and resorts in Pafos, Cyprus due to open in Summer 2008 and Spring 2009 respectively, and complimenting these brand new resorts are affiliate resorts with accommodation in destinations from Egypt, Zante, and Thailand.
